I recently bought an ESS Supercharger for my BMW E34 540i from WORX. Stephen organized it all for me efficiently and without hassle. Great service.Thank you Stephen!
During our many friendly chats about my car, Stephen gave me detailed advice about all the other work I might consider having done - engine and suspension, to do justice to the supercharger. I upgraded my car according to his advice and I can't believe the difference it all made to an already fine machine. The larger rear sway bar and urethane bushings, and replacing the rear subframe bushes, being good examples.
As I live (unfortunately) some 1700 kms from Melbourne, I haven't had the pleasure, privilege or honour of having Stephen and the WORX team do the work on my car. (I'm lucky my bloke in Ballina is very good with Bimmers). Nevertheless, the quality of Stephen's advice and friendly, prompt and often unsolicited phone chats to follow up and advise further sets him apart from the majority of engineers with whom I have previously dealt.
But I guess what really makes Stephen and WORX so special is their passion and love for what they do, especially customer service. That's rare. If I could, I'd move to Melbourne so that my beloved machine could be in the best of hands.

Dear Boys at Worx Automotive,
This is the first time I write a Testimonial for anyone because I have never before being satisfied enough with any of the so called "specialists".
Last week, I came to Worx with the following issues:
- Minor gear box rattling noise
- Clutch slip & Shutter
- Unsatisfying exhaust note
I was advised by BMW specialists that I needed a new "Up push shaft" for gear box noise which I could be looking over thousands. New Clutch and flywheel which will cost around $4000 inc labor and a new exhaust which will make it sound really rasby is around $3000 for a Eisenmann.
I approached the boys at Worx, they replaced the Clutch and discover flywheel was machineable so all that cost less than half of what the so called "specialists" quoted. Gear box noise was reduced by at least 90% just by changing the oil recommended by Worx. The boys at Worx decided the modify my exhaust to make it sound how I wanted and $250 later it sounds better than the $3000 eisenmman.
I guess the conclusion is that the boys at Worx are smart, they are hard working and are willing to spend extra time to achieve what the customer really want by delivering superior customer service, perfect product, something that really works at a great price. I am definitely converted by Worx, from now on all my cars will be worked on by Worx and no one else. I trust Worx because they are full of integrity and will only carry out work that your car actually need and will do the work they charge you for.

I just wanted to thank you for coming to my rescue twice last month.
You got me out of trouble with a snapped drive belt in 2 hours, when Holden wanted to have the vehicle for 3 days, because they said they were too busy. To be back on the road the same day when I might not have had the car for the long weekend was fantastic.
To think that I would need another emergency service less than a week later was not my thinking, but again you came to my rescuse and got me going when the RACV and Holden couldn't.
My 2 year old Astra convertible and other fleet vehicles will not go anywhere else for servicing from now on. Thanks very much.

Several months ago, I had a car accident. I received a few expensive quotes, and due to my financial constrain, I could not fix my car any sooner. Stephen found out this incident, without hesitation, he drove by to inspect the damage severity of my car (front guard was gone, front bar and front left wheel was damaged). A friendly, active, and knowledgeable mechanic like him promised he would fix my car at a cheaper rate.
Not only my car took less than a week to repair, but also came back in perfect condition at a cheaper rate I could possibly get anywhere in Melbourne!
